Evie's always thought of herself as a normal teenager, even though she works for the International Paranormal Containment Agency, her ex-boyfriend is a faerie, she's falling for a shape-shifter, and she's the only person who can see through paranormals' glamours.
But Evie's about to realize that she may very well be at the center of a dark faerie prophecy promising destruction to all paranormal creatures.
So much for normal.

I LOVED THIS BOOK!
It is possibly one of the best books I have read in a while. It was funny, sassy and overall a great book to get stuck into. My brother had to pry it out of my hands. Literally.
Evie is a bright and bubbly girl who loves nothing more than the colour pink... okay, maybe Lend ranks with pink or above... with Tasey. She loves Easton Heights due to the fact that she has never been to a real high school or into the outside world for more than a shopping spree (which I can imagine IPCA prefer due to them having to cancel many of her shopping orders) or doing her job of tagging paranormals. Evie is a fun and very unique character in her own ways, such as little funny comments and obsessions that pop out of her mouth alongside her fascination for lockers (sadly I do not share this fascination due to being scarred by my friends lovely blue locker which had a cake left in there, for only...6 weeks? Yuck!) and a driving licence. She is strong and independent, she thinks quickly on her own feet and can be very sarcastic at times.
The plot was very unique and imaginative; I have always loved a paranormal, spy twist. Kiersten really brought her own ideas into the supernatural world allowing us to see a different side to all the species and the way that, for example, underneath the vampires angelic appearance, they were made of wilting old bones...ew! The pace was excellent and was never too slow or over the top explanatory, it was straight to the point and beautifully written. I was consistently laughing out loud and am so glad I read it! There is danger, suspense and a real air of mystery to this book, and who knew a Fae could be so evil and cunning...
Ican't wait to read the next book in the sequel, Supernaturally!
